We serve Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Celebration, Kissimmee, Oviedo, Maitland and Altamonte Springs. Contact us if you're outside these areas — we may be expanding.
A Mini Groom takes 30–45 minutes. A Full Groom ranges 1.5–3 hours depending on breed and coat. Creative Grooming requires 3–4 hours. We give a precise estimate when confirming your appointment.
We use professional-grade, salon-quality shampoos, conditioners and finishing treatments — the same products trusted by top groomers nationwide. We accommodate specific product requests or allergy notes when you book.
Yes. Our mobile unit is a self-contained professional salon with climate control, hot water, professional grooming tables, dryers and all equipment. We bring the complete salon to your door.
Absolutely. Veronica & Genesis have extensive experience with anxious, reactive and senior companions. Our one-on-one, cage-free approach makes a significant difference. Please share behavioral notes when booking.
A one-time $20 deposit is required for first-time clients, fully applied toward your service. Returning clients book with no deposit. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle and cash.
